Terms and Conditions
Booking & Arrival
- Players must arrive 7–10 minutes before their reserved time slot for briefing.
- Strict no-refund policy for missed reservations and late arrivals.
Reschedules & Cancellations
- Reschedules and cancellations must be communicated to the branch where the booking was made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.
- Reschedules are subject to time slot availability.
Liability
- BreakOut Quest is not liable for any loss of personal belongings or injuries once a booking is confirmed.
